As part of this effort, we may reuse packaging materials such as boxes and bubble wrap when fulfilling orders. Please note that while we make every effort to ensure that your order is packed securely, reused packaging may not always be in the same condition as new materials.
We offer nationwide shipping within Korea and worldwide shipping (if possible). Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We use a combination of couriers and registered mail to ensure that your order arrives safely.

Return & Exchange Policy
At ästrid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to discuss a return or exchange.
Returns will be accepted for items that are in their original, unused condition. We are unable to accept returns on customized or personalized items.
Exchanges will be processed for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
